Grace Restaurant

“Who actually reads foodblogs” posited Sinosoul during a recent dinner at Shufeng Garden.
Assuming there is some truth in that statement (I believe it), then people really only come for the pictures. I’m cool with that.
I share with you Grace Restaurant’s Tasting Menu, sans commentary.

Dungeness crab salad with apple, celery root, potato crisps, curry aioli

Pumpkin ravioli with cavolo nero, san andreas

Saddle of Scottish hare with bread pudding, spinach, sesame

Braised beef short rib with red wine risotto, fennel, red wine sauce

Braised pork shank with rapini, smoked shallot & chorizo home fries, cider sage sauce

Apple fritters with vanilla ice cream, mulled cider reduction, bourbon soaked raisins
And since no one actually reads the words, I just want to say that I think the Lakers will repeat, don’t sleep on Houston making a run for Lebron in the offseason, Atlanta will make a deep playoff run, and does anyone know what happened to Blake Griffin? Will he ever come back from his knee injury?

Grace donuts, disappointing.
Whatever you wrote about basketball at the bottom, I would not be able to repeat.
Comments are often great reads tho.

mylastbite – Trying to save you some time.
sinosoul – I await the day “Papi” goes thug on my blog.
gastronomnom – Gonzo food porn. I think you just figured out my calling.
Brian – I guess it’s a good thing I put the Lakers at the end then, otherwise you wouldn’t have made it to the pictures.
Wandering Chopsticks – No commentary!
